This was really tasty. My daughter didn't care for the texture (but she's weird about food anyway), but I loved it. A very nice Fall dessert, and easy peasy too! Can't beat that.

Coconut flour and almond flour are not interchangeable without adjusting the liquid in a batter. Coconut flour is very thirsty and sucks up a lot more moisture than almond flour.
