oat flour vs oat fiber

I'm getting together an order for netrition and can't remember which one, oat flour or oat fiber I should get for lc baking? As usual, I print up recipes and then have so many waiting to be made, I cant find the one that said to use either of these two! Please help! Thanks!

Oat flour is that, a flour. Oat fiber lends body and I don't think any carbs. I use oat flour in Jenn Eloff's flour blend. I have both oat flour and oat fiber, they both have there place. The oat fiber that netrition sells is great, nice and light, very powdery and white in color.

Oat flour is from ground up oats.
Oat fiber is the fiber of oats I . It has no carbs . I love it . Nu Natural is wonderful .

Most of the LC baking recipes call for some oat FIBER (0g carbs) added to, for instance almond flour, to add substance. It is not usually the prime ingredient. Oat flour is not used very often (except for a little in J. Eloff's flour mix) because it's too high in carbs to use in most LC baking recipes. Hope this helps!
