Probably an indoor workout week for sure. Very low temps with even lower wind chills.

Bike some today.

Today I tried more squats, gingerly, as my right knee gives me trouble lately.
I will never get back to my normal stuff until the kids move away. My life now is not conducive to it here and now.

Glad you are doing a good routine there at home, safe and warm! Zach and Rachel want to take me to buy a new recliner, was their Christmas present, but we also want to move some furniture around so maybe the recumbent bike could go in the living room instead of the tv room. Trouble is, I usually do better riding when I watch tv. So we need to ponder it some more.

Keep on moving, arthritis feels better when movement is kept up, I think.
