It is easier to get forgiveness than permission.

Sometimes we need to think a little more before taking action. IMHO One of my faults is to be too quick.
Have a great week. Spring is on the way.

Hi kmb,

Is that all you're going to eat today? That certainly is not enough and you will get sick. But, in answer to your question, yes, calories do matter. You'll have to decide how much 'counting' you want to do, though.

I've just gone back to low carbing, and am making a point of counting carbs, but only have a general sense of the calories. You might want to do it differently.

Good luck and glad you're back!

kmb425, please go to the real Atkins web site if you want pertinent information. Things have changed with what you might have done, especially if it was more than 8 years ago. We do our own thing here. We wish you luck, however..........there still is no "magic".

It sure is a super chilly Monday, this morning seems more than normal.

Monday's foods

B: eggs with ham, toast, coffee

L: liverwurst on toast, cauliflower raw and coffee

Snack: black olives and lebkuchen, coffee

D: should be beef stew, made the regular way, coffee

Evening snack: Skinny Pop, coffee

I don't let the cold weather stop my exercise. I have a stationary bike (used that I got for a low price) and I walk in the house from room to room. Exercise workout also.
Just something.
