Thank you Leonak! Let’s see if I can hold the loss. That’s the real battle for me.

Lose20. Yes 7 days with water unsweetened tea and coffee and some bubbly water the results floored me. I shrunk. I did have broth on day 7 to ease back into eating.

My goal is to do a water fast this month and keep with the cycles on the remaining days.

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.

No, I didn't eat huge amounts of food It's just one of those things that's ended my nice run since Jan 1st.

I am so ready to be reliably <110lbs again and on on a downward path to my comfortable range (102-105lbs). However, I'm loosening my approach to this because my approach can not be to eat less food.

I am gritting my teeth and holding fast to establish whether improving the vitamin D status and, theoretically, my sleep will make it easier for me to manage my day to day and then re-examine my body composition and weight.

We're not in maintenance for the life we can endure but for a life that is joyful.

No, I didn't eat huge amounts of food on either 14-15th. It's just one of those things that's ended my nice run since Jan 1st.

I am so ready to be reliably <110lbs again and on on a downward path to my comfortable range (102-105lbs). However, I'm loosening my approach to this because my approach can not be to eat less food.

I am gritting my teeth and holding fast to establish whether improving the vitamin D status and, theoretically, my sleep will make it easier for me to manage my day to day and then re-examine my body composition and weight.

We're not in maintenance for the life we can endure but for a life that is joyful.
