Start Date: 2011
My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.

I am so ready to be reliably <110lbs again and on on a downward path to my comfortable range (102-105lbs). However, I'm loosening my approach to this because my approach can not be to eat less food.

I am gritting my teeth and holding fast to establish whether improving the vitamin D status and, theoretically, my sleep will make it easier for me to manage my day to day and then re-examine my body composition and weight.

We're not in maintenance for the life we can endure but for a life that is joyful.

Considering the very modest amount of food I've eaten in the past couple of days (mostly soup and crackers), I'm attributing today's weight to salt and my body holding on to food (I'm still sick). Taking a deep breath, and choosing not to let the number above ruin my day!
