I am weighing in late, but I am here none the less. Maintaining at 103lb very happy with that. I want to be 99lb but my body has its set point at 102-103. Difficult to move it

Posting my weight as promised, now that I am back in London with my reliable scales.

133 this morning which was a bit more than I had hoped for but it was a pretty 'foodie' weekend. Let us see what I can accomplish by Friday.

up some but drank liquids over night because dinner was salty I guess. I am fine in that it is still lower then where I was last year. I know once marathon training starts my weight will drop. Unless I diet which I am not I won't be losing weight any time in the near future.

122 today. 122 is as high as I want to be so need to be careful. No more desserts for me. This was a week for eating badly.Hopefully I can get back on track and at least skip the junk.

Well, how bizarre Loretta, for a moment I thought I weighed 122.5, lol. In my dreams.

Have had a bad weeks with almost no exercise, due to knee issues and some poor choices.

120.8. I ate horribly over the weekend and Monday. Major stress at work and ate chocolate which I almost never do because I can't stop. Tuesday started meat and fat. Wed and Thursday had salads at dinner but otherwide meat, eggs, cheese are my mainstays. I can't do this for too long because I need carbs to run. My running suffered this week for sure but my miles are low now so I can manage. Once marathon training begins I have to eat more fruit, veggies and whole grains. I just don't run well on low carbs. I fatigue much faster.

118.6 so very close to the under 118 that is my goal. I would like to see 116. I need to find a way to maintain and not gain. I am an all of nothing person. I can't seem to do any eating in moderation. I start marathon training Sunday and will have to start adding some complex carbs back in. I have been eating pretty low carb for 10 days and dropped 4 pounds.

I did binge once last week Monday night on pretzel thins. I wonder if one day of eating what I want would be horrible. Body for Life does this but I never did when I did that plan.I would do it the day I run 2-5 hours. I feel I earn the extra calories these days.

Bad week. 3 days in Las Vegas with old drinking buddies. Drank and ate too much. Slept too little. Came back Wednesday at 177! 175 Thursday. 173 today.

went off track mothers day and never back. gained back most of what I lost but can't believe I truly ate enough calories to do this plus the body fat by my scale is lower.

121 and was 2 pounds less just two days ago so hope holding fluid and will get rid of it as quick as it came back. Not eating horrible just eating carbs again.
