Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour

Has anyone used Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour? Sam's Club is carrying a 48 oz. bag for approximately $18.00. I was buying Honeyville thru Costco but they have discontinued the product. The Nature's Eats company is based out of Boerne, Texas.

I loved the Sensato Unblanched Almond Flour from Netrition, but the company has discontinued it.

Please let us know about this product if you purchased it. I am not near a Sam's Club, etc., but I could probably order it online.

I saw it at Sam's Club and bought it, and really don't like it. It isn't fine at all and I have to run it through my blender just to use it in baked goods. I ended up buying another bag of Honeyville and I only use the Nature's Eats for breading or when I'm making something that needs a crunchy topping. As soon as I'm done with the bag I don't plan to purchase it again.

I certainly won't bother finding it then. Thank you for letting me know.

Got the Nature's Eats from Sam's. Awful stuff. The cookies I made feel like they have nuts in them. Hubby hates nuts in his baked goods. Made a zucchini cake with my last cup of Honeyville and 1 cup of Nature's Eats. It was a little better but it has grated zucchini so that might have helped cover the almond bits.

Ordered Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour Superfine from Amazon to replace it. Hoping it's even better than regular Honeyville.

I asked about the Honeyville Almond Flour at Costco last week, and they said they'll be stocking it again starting March 1st. Apparently, they had tried a Gluten-Free flour in its place that didn't go over well. I had looked at the flour at Sam's, and could see that it wasn't very fine. Glad I didn't buy it!

I wonder if my Costco will get it. They never had it previously. I was very happy with the Sensato almond flour from Netrition and I'm sorry to hear it was discontinued.

Natures Eats Almond Flour

I apologize for not responding sooner, we have been dealing with the loss of a family member. I did not get a chance to use the flour, perhaps if I run it thru the Vitamix I will end up with a finer grained flour? I am very glad to hear Costco may restock the Honeyville.

Netrition carries NOW and Bob's Red Mill almond flour. Both have excellent reviews.

I know this is a two year old post about Nature Eats Almond flour, but I just read the comments and wanted to add my impression. I have used Nature Eats Almond flour and I find it to be as good as any other. I make muffins with it and I like the dense quality this flour gives to my muffins. Because of that, one muffin is all I need for breakfast in the morning. Truthfully, I don't find anything awful about Nature Eats Almond Flour.
