I am trying to clean up my diet with regards to oils. No vegetable oils, soybean, rice bran, trans fat, etc.

I'm okay when I cook things at home (most of the time) but I find that even things like canned tuna have vegetable oils in them

Has anyone else given these oils the flick?? What are your biggest challenges?
