So, this is a weird concept for me-- I might get to eat pasta again. (love JUDDD).
My issue, is that it is a trigger for me. I've tried Dreamfields, but I'm one of those people it doesn't work for. I mean, i can eat it, I just want to eat ALL of it.
I'm good with shirataki, b/c it's not really pasta-pasta... so if I have to stick with that, I'm ok.
But do any JUDDD buddds, having come from LC and maybe still sticking to a lower carb way of life, have pasta recommendations?
I just ordered a box of quinoa based pasta, to try it out-- is supposed to be lower glycemic than rice pasta (not that I use that, but my gluten-free mother does).
What about whole wheat?
Or should I give up the notion entirely, maybe anything other than shiritaki is going to be a trigger for me...
