UD Thursday!! how YOU doin'?
So, I've been pretty bad today already. By 9:00 I already had 650 calories!
Breakfast-Mcdonalds southern style chicken biscuit, small coke(drank 2/3) then coffee with coffee mate creamer(2) and two raspberry chocolate thingies. Good thing I waited until right after my blood glucose A1c test to eat this stuff ![]() hey, it may be my last chance to indulge like this if my results come back bad.. ![]()

I went out for breakfast to Ihop..had the bacon,eggs,and hbs..skipped the toast.
;but I think I may have beaten your numbers at Mcdonald's, Sher..by oh..maybe a hundred...so..lunch will be salad..and a ribeye for dinner. I sure do love the Updays. |

Sher, I did worse than you. By 9am I have had 3 donuts, well over 900 calories plus my coffee with creamer.

It must be something about today, because I have eaten almost all of my UD calories today. Won't be a very exciting dinner for me tonight. Oh well!

B-homemade dinner roll with marg (leftover from supper last night) ?c
Late lunch of lc entree and was still hungry so then i had buffalo chicken snackers with ranch. Total was over 700 c eek! S-??? Snacks- lindt chocolate 76c and a homemade chocolate shortcake bar ?c

My 3 year maintenance anniversary is in April ![]() October 2015 Blood Work Results -Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97 -Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4 no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them at a 49 -Glucose (non-fasting) 87 |

S: Lemon water L: 910 calories of Taco Bell...not the best choice but its what I wanted D: Leftover pork roast, baked potato w butter & sour cream & cheese, garlic bread, salad S: pecans or chocolate to hit 1900 for the day (if needed after dinner)

Why can I stick so well on down days but I go nuts on up days? I def have an awful problem with food.

B, boiled egg
L, baked pork country ribs, steamed green beans, saurkraut S, jello with hwc D leftover buffalo wings with popper dip about 150 calories left if I need a snack before bedtime
