Snickers Cake!!!!! Convert his recipe to LC

1 box box devils food cake mix, plus ingredients to make the cake
1 can(s) can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar(s) jar smucker’s hot caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c cup chocolate chips
2 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 snickers candy bars, chopped
1/3 c peanuts, chopped
caramel sauce
chocolate sauce

1 Bake cake in a 9×13-inch pan according to direction on the package.
2 While cake is baking, mix condensed milk and hot caramel topping until well blended. When the cake is done and while it’s still hot, poke holes in it with a fork or straw. Pour milk mixture over the cake. Allow cake to cool completely. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake.
3 In a chilled bowl, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip on high speed of an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in chopped snickers. Spread over cake. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over cake. Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce on top. Chill.

I think it's doable. I would make the black soybean cake, but you could use any good chocolate cake recipe-The Chicken Lady's almond flour chocolate cake or the chocolate mayonnaise cake. Then make a recipe for sweetened condensed milk. There are lots of them. I usually use the one from All Day I Dream About Food. For caramel sauce, I would use my own tagatose caramel sauce or you could buy some sugar free caramel ice cream sauce. For chocolate chips, I would use Lily's. There are lots of good recipes for Chocolate sauce. I would use make a ganache with sugar free chocolates and cream, but you could use any recipe you like or buy a sugar free chocolate sauce. I'm pretty sure there are Snicker's-like candy bars that are sugar free, although I haven't been eating them. The dessert would be pretty high carb though, even with the changes. And with the maltitol-sweetened candy bars, it might be a dessert many of your guests could not handle.

there is no amount of low carbing something this over the top that will make it a good "diet" food. why not just make a simple low carb sugar free chocolate cake and have it with a little whipped cream?

the recommended portion size on that snickers cake would be about a square inch with all that stuff in it! LOL
Often I don't come back to read threads where I've posted. If you want me to see something, please send me a private message. Thanks!

Even s/f caramel sauce is still high in carbs. It can be done. But there are so many good LC baking recipes.

May we all live our life as long as we want!

Try the Tres Leches cake, which is very similar and very easy. If you want chocolate cake as a base instead of the white cake in this recipe, just add 1/4 cup plain cocoa to the cake part:
