grapeseed oil...good or bad?

I am totally confused. shall I dispose of it? or is it okay to use? I thought it was loaded with omega 3s. is it or is it not? Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

It has good qualities, but it's super high in omega 6s which is could be bad for inflammation. Dr Axe says using it in moderation is fine. It's supposed to be good for your skin though.

I have heard about Omega 6 being bad for inflammation, but recently I read that skin problems can be due to low Omega 6. I wonder what it has to do with Psoriasis?

still confused about cooking oils.

I need a consensus. I have been reading up on grapeseed and coconut oils. I get threads saying there are no omega 3s in either of them. I would like to know what oils y'all are using. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Flat, I cook with coconut oil & with butter. I’d never cook with any oil containing omega 3s and I avoid those high in omega 6.
