non-food indulgence.

I am seriously thinking of investing in the enhanced size copper-chef pan. considering the freebies that are included, it is worth it. yes, I have the original size. it is a remarkable pan. however, it is not large enough for my legendary turkey wings. I will make my final decision in a few days. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I have always wanted copper pans.
I have a cast iron set and I swear everything tastes better since I started using them!

Buy the pan, if it adds to your enjoyment of life and it makes things easier for you to enjoy cooking your food, I say go for it!!!!

Get that pan, Flat - you know you enjoy the smaller one.

You deserve it! You have been doing this for years. Those legendary turkey wings will move up in rank if that is possible. Then you will have to spend time thinking of a name that tops legendary! Go for it...YOLO....as the youngsters say....

at my age, there are fewer tomorrows than there used to be. I need to get a pre-paid credit card. I also need to find room for it. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

oh, it WILL be the wings.

I am getting the pre-paid card tomorrow or sometime during the weekend. I am very excited. the induction heater which comes with it, will enable me to cook w/o the stovetop. convenience is most important. btw, does anyone here use the copperchef pan; either the original size, or the enhanced size? and if so, are y'all happy with it? I'm excited for you! Since you already have a smaller version, I would call this a need. You will no doubt use it a lot.

BYW, I recently purchased an induction burner but I haven't tried it out yet. I hope we both like this way of cooking!

I love the copper chef. Absolutely nothing stains it. It cooks the best frittatas.
