Morning Folks,
Morning Gg!!!

Out of Town for Work this Weekend, Happy to be Home to my Regular Foods. Stayed of Plan Thanks to my Trusty Cooler and an Arsenal of Low Carb foods I packed. The back seat of my car looked like a Doomsday Prepper was living out of it.

L= 3 Egg Scramble with 1 oz. Irish Cheddar and 3 Strips of SF Bacon. A Ginormous Cup of Regular Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 6 oz. Grilled Ribeye with a HM Garlic and Rosemary Compound Butter and 2 Cups of Grilled Bok Choy Brushed with a bit of Chili Oil and Sea Salt. A Cup or Two of Dandelion Root Tea in the Evening.

As a matter of fact, I did take along some Tasters Choice Freeze Dried Coffee Packs, just in case the Hotel Coffee pot was on the fritz again. I know it tastes like Crap but if I'm gonna drink Crap Coffee I'd rather have that than to pay 2.50 a cup for Crap Coffee at the Filling Station.
