IT'S FRIDAY, WHAT'S ON YOUR MENU TODAY!!!!

Morning Folks,

L= 2 (2oz) HM Italian Smoked Sausages with 2 Poached Eggs a Giant Cup of Regular Coffee with 2 Tbsp. HWC

D= 5 oz. Smoked Turkey Meat (dark and white meat mixed) with 2 Tbsp. Franks Hot Sauce and One Cup Steamed Bok Choy. Pot of Earl Grey Tea in the Evening.

Welcome Sunshine11! I have found that posting in this thread regularly really helped me avoid poor choices. I had my plan and the things I needed to carry through. Now, years later, I post out of habit.

Thank you Cathy! I kept to a strict routine of food choices, but had cancer last year. A long recuperation left me with a lack of energy and muscle. I have good intentions for daily improvement but mostly end up with poor excuses. Trying not to beat myself up for s few pounds but keeping it real add they won't go away with good intentions... staying positive!
Already changed my plan
B: 1 egg with zucchini.

D-small taco salad. Lettuce, black olives, sprinkling of colby jack cheese, taco meat, sour cream and a spoon of salsa.

S-about 6 snap peas, 10 black olives
