My sleep is so messed up. COuldn't sleep the past two nights, finally caught up with me around 9 this morning, fell asleep and slept until 3 pm, so no breakfast or lunch today.

D-I made chicken breasts cut up with red, green and yellow peppers. A little onion.

Adding an image because the carb count still looks so high to me! I try to stay under 20g a day.

Does this look bad?

Is that for one serving? The reason I ask is that there is quite a bit of fiber in the cauliflower. I know a lot of people don't count the fiber but the way I personally view it, cauliflower is a non-starchy vegetable with fiber so to me, that doesn't seem bad at all

Yeah it was one serving. I have really bad insomnia, hadn't slept the past few nights so today around 9 am I finally fell asleep and slept until 3 pm, so no breakfast or lunch today, just a fairly big dinner.

I usually don't count the fiber, but this is one of those times I'm trying to not feel bad that my carb count was so high due to the cauliflower I ate. A potato or pasta or something like that, yeah I think I would be sitting here really regretting what I ate.

Where do you get SF Bacon?
I make my own sausage to avoid the sugar and the added preservatives.
