You are one very strong woman. If I'd had to lose 50 lbs over again I think I'd put a gun to my head. Thank you so much for sharing your success - it's truly inspirational and you are such a lovely girl. "I would love to have your arsenal of recipes! Please consider starting a thread." my thoughts exactly but only if you can spare the time - no pressure.

So happy for you !! What a great example you are to like me!
I'd like to second (or third or whatever) the request for your recipes? Did you ever rely on the shakes or bars or did you go strictly with real food? Inquisitive minds need to know what magic you worked

Congratulations! You should be very proud of yourself! I'm back on the wagon, too, after losing and regaining. You've inspired me!
"...had we been discussing disorders of growth - why some people grow to be more than seven feet tall and others never make it to four feet - the only subject of discussion would be the hormones and enzymes that regulate growth. And yet, when we're discussing a disorder in which the defining symptom is the abnormal growth of our fat tissue, the hormones and enzymes that regulate that growth are considered irrelevant."

so delighted at your success!!!

make it a double win by keeping it off. I & so many have yo-yo-ed. it has taken me 8 years of yo-yo-ing to achieve a 100 lbs loss, from 378 to my current weight of 278 lbs. with age (I am now 65 earth years)I learned some tricks to continue losing, and maintain the loss. I always keep something to drink by my side (water, diet Snapple, tea, coffee, diet soda etc). I also love singing (when no one is around). You cannot eat and sing simultaneously, unless you want to choke. I also like to watch that show called "my 600 lb life". ten minutes of that show, and I do not want to know from food. In short, do what works. that is for all of us. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI
