Tomato. Ok, technically it's a fruit, but it is probably one of my top foods, and it's a rare day that I don't have some. On LC the quantities are much lower, for carb reasons, and because cheese & tomato sandwiches are no longer an option. These days I only buy baby plum tomatoes, and add 3-5 to salads.

Asparagus, grilled, roasted, bbq, generally with olive oil, garlic and parmesan.

Spinach. Raw (salad), cooked (ingredient), in smoothie.

KG to goal: -14.5 kg

My new favorite:

Celeriac. Cubed, cooked in chic broth and cream.
Drained and mashed with sour cream, onion powder,
butter and black pepper. Mashed and creamy. DH is
nuts about them. Next time I'm going to fry them in
bacon fat.
