good morning!

wake: sparkling water with fresh lime juice
late brek: bacon, eggs. mushrooms, cheddar
lunch: lamb burger, salad
dinner: chicken tikka massala green beans

day challenge: much less grazing!

Good morning all! Or Good afternoon for the European gang!

Coffee, sausage, tried a new cracker from Netrition with cream cheese on it
Chicken and spinach, string cheese
Subway salad is the plan

Moon Cheese (pepper jack) for a snack at work. I'll try and not inhale the entire bag!

More snow here this morning

Breakfast : black coffee...not sure what else, if anything

Lunch : Cucumber slices with lemon dill cream cheese and home-smoked salmon

Dinner : Pork ribs and stir-fried shanghai bok choy

That's the plan, anyway

Breakfast : 3 Brazil nuts, 1 hb egg with 1 tbsp butter, 1 medium avocado.

My lunch was fab too, not only a lamb burger but fried chilli haloumi too ! It can be an amazing WOE sometimes !

I added a wee snack mid afternoon of salami and parmesan crisps...then later I was at my favourite butchee shop and they make the world's best turkey fennel pepperoni so I just had to have one

It's beccasmith2022.

Dinner for me, due to my family eating all the meat thawed and turning it into not LC friendly dishes, turned out to be LC yogurt, almonds and some smoked Gouda. Glad I had back up.
