Eggs! 3 scrambled for breakfast, egg salad for lunch/dinner.
Need to lose the 2 pounds I seem to have acquired last week. (Probably just fluid, but still....)

Good morning

Woke up to a couple of inches of snow...just enough to make things pretty and apparently more on the way this afternoon.

Breakfast : 2hb eggs mashed with butter and sprinkled with some bacon pieces.

Lunch : Bone broth with butter, hb egg if needed

Dinner : Scrambled eggs with butter and homemade kimchi

Sticking to basics today

Be careful with the pakoras...they are traditionally made with chickpea flour which is very high carb unkess you've found a lc version?

Thanks, yes they're from M&S, and fairly low carb at 2.2g for four chunks (if the nutrition info is correct), and I usually just have two (1.1g) at a time with a cup of milky* chai. My bigger problem is nuts, especially as a kind of stress food!

* milky being 1 tbsp of double cream

D-I have ribs in the crock pot, or I am going to make Asian Potsticker soup or Spanish miracle rice with ground beef.

Ribs are more for DF. I'm not a huge pork person, unless it's bacon.

That must be the party pack as the calories are 1300 (a lot of chicken!). These chunks are each about the size of a chicken nugget. M&S don't list their regular groceries online, unfortunately.

Made a realky great lc mocha this afternoon...2 tbsp hwc, 4 squares of the 99% Lindt chocolate bar I bought, 1 pacjet of truvia and warned that all up together in the microwave until hot and the chocolate git all melty and lovely then stuck the cup under the keurig and made a regular coffee but on the stringest setting...stirred and it was fabulous!

I'm in the UK so it's Tuesday now, but yesterday menu was:

B - Scrambled Eggs
L - Tuna mayo salad
D - Chicken breast topped with cheese and wrapped in Bacon, with some creamy garlic mushrooms.
S - fat bomb.
