Breakfast: Coffee, black w/coconut oil and one egg scrambled

Lunch: Leftover califlower and pulled pork

Dinner: Chicken something, I think

Was frustrated with the dreaded third (and fourth) week stall so I'm cutting out dairy because that's the only thing on the list that I can get rid of as I don't touch sweeteners/legumes/processed anything. Man, sometimes you can't win, lol.

Kate, what if you tweaked something besides your food? Like, what if you changed your meal sizes or times or the amount of meals you have? Also, are you really getting enough fat? Sometimes just mixing it up can be a real game-changer.

B: coffee/HWC, bacon
L: pepperoni and salami made into chips, cheeses
S: choice of peanuts or almonds
D: no idea

I'm supposed to go to a meeting where we usually have dinner and it's usually pizza.
They are totally used to me eating just toppings. But if last night is any indication, I may feel too bad to feel like eating. (I had a medical treatment on my face yesterday and it is and will continue to be painful for a few days).

Thanks for your suggestions!

If heavy cream in every meal, along with butter, mayo and gobs of cream cheese and coconut oil everywhere isn't enough fat, I don't know what is. I can only see "too much diary' in my equation.

Meal sizes are standard and I eat three meals of protein (with substantial fat), one cup of greens/veggies per day and two snacks of either nuts or a coconut oil coffee.

I'm going to target dairy as the culprit for this week and see what happens. This WoE is a lifetime affair so it's okay to stall and tweak as I go. I just want it to be easier, lol.

Ended up going to Subway for dinner and had a big veggie salad topped with tuna salad and lots of ranch dressing. Gotta admit, they do make a pretty good salad

I skipped lunch because my poor old face was hurting so bad, then I ended up eating 4 pieces of pizza last night, one with the crust.
Then a few tortilla chips because I couldn't think of a reason not to.

On the way home, my arthritic joint started hurting really badly (big toe). I had just this week been marveling at how pain-free it's been since I went back to a LC WOE and I got a good reminder why to ignore the carbs. Ugh.

(Doubtful the starches got to me that fast, LOL, but good to get a sensation of what I have left behind. I never get digestive issues from poor food choices. I can pretty much digest anything. )

I am sensitive to dairy. A couple of years ago I gave up dairy as well. The only dairy I ate was Grassfed butter. I also gave up anything with vinegar Etc because of candida. I lost 26 lbs in nothing flat. And I ate a ton of olive oil and coconut oil so it wasn't the fat! But it was tough to follow.

I'm still learning, but I read a post earlier this week on another low carb group where someone lost 17 lbs in 2-3 weeks, after a significant stall, by increasing her carb intake to 50/day. If your carb intake is "too low", perhaps your body has gone into "starvation mode"?
