I teach the preschool Sunday school class (and have for 20+) years. I always feel like I've been working out by the time that hour is over! LOL I should start counting it!! Little children are exercise!

I had 9003 steps Friday, 12254 Saturday and 8809 yesterday. That is a little misleading because I was using a roller type device to pick up my pecans so I'm sure that added quite a few in there! But it looks impressive!!

I loved just being outside. Now that the time has changed I won't see daylight until the weekend rolls around again. I guess I could go outside early in the morning before work but I can't get dirty!

Long day at work, and time change didn't help matters. As of 7:00 pm 11,964 steps. Can't wait for 9:00 so I can go to bed!

about usual. Sleep has been around 6 hours every night. This time change or something has me off.

Raining and then will turn "cold" at least cold for us down here. 60's for highs 40's for lows. LOL

Same thing here, leisha in terms of sleep and weather. My Fitbit says I'm awake about 1.5 hours every night, so that puts me sleeping 4-5 hours. Yesterday was rest day and already have 5900 steps. Today is a work holiday as well but have a lot to do in preparation for next weeks conference.

12,680 steps today and four flights of stairs. I ate bad, bad, bad today so the extra steps were essential today. Back on track tomorrow.

Monday about killed me. I had all of these steps with "cute shoes" on! We had a 90th birthday luncheon for 80 people for the owner of the company that I've worked with for 35 years. One of my great friends! Getting ready for it and cleaning it all back up was a job! I didn't eat a thing though. Not one bite. It was good food but not one healthy choice.
