Bratty - I feel the same way you do about this forum. I'm not jumping to another one because this is where my weight loss friends are!

Up .4 today. Not surprised, it happens when I have a couple days with really large drops.
I have no reason or temptations to be off plan this week. (except feeding the kids) For some reason they don't like the idea of doing Stillmans.

Scale is the same as yesterday. I have some water retention/ bloat going on. My rings were so tight I had to take them off. Being a woman is the best.

WOE: Low-Carb Something of Another...
I'm still on track just super busy the past two days for food updates. I did a lot of coking last night, so I have beef, turkey meatballs and chicken salad for the next few days. I've started to eat more tuna, too. I'm getting tons of water in as well. Im looking forward to this wedding being over tho bc while I'm excited for my friend, the dress is giving me anxiety lol. I signed up for a weight loss challenge that starts 5/1 unofficially through fellow gym members, so that's nice accountability to make sure I don't slack post wedding.

I am continuing to lose. I like this and will enjoy it while it lasts. 'Cause I know it doesn't last for me.

Weekends! Ugh they always derail me! Even if I stay low carb I just eat too much. So I am the same I was last week. I have 4 lbs to go to get back to the 170s. I am on track this week and we don't have any dinners or any plans so hopefully I will have a good weekend.

I am just having such a hard time sticking with things I just keep sneaking more food and then I am frustrated because I have had no carbs and haven't lost weight but have eaten a lb of bacons and 1 lb of cheese. I really need to get things in order because my system just isn't feeling good right now and I am pretty sure I am eating way too much Dairy.

Where did my will power go?

My hormones are killing me and the only way to stay on plan was to eat more on plan food (plus cheese!). I was up a pound and a half today.

I had a cheat meal last night and I don't even feel guilty. Major stress from my damn dress, lol. Back on track today going to have tuna and chicken salad for lunch. Turkey meatballs in my purse for after work (I have to get my alterations done).

Last night I also had a cheat meal and a couple pieces of Easter candy. No regrets. Back on track today.

I might as well had a cheat meal. For no reason I can see, I'm up a bit over a pound! Geesh!

I wish there was a diet that was just chicken and ice cream. I could totally rock that! Lol

I did not have a cheat meal last night but I had a cheat like 1.5 months so now I have to be good for a least a week before allowing an off plan meal.

I have a very hard time beyond able to tell when I had enough food. This whol eat until your not hungry thing should be easy but I am rarely satisfied. I don't have to eat until I am full butbit had to be close.

As an example I ate 4 small chicken thighs for lunch and stopped when I was no longer hungry. 30 mins later I am hungry again. I tried working to distract myself and I tried drinking water and tea and still hungry so that must be actual hunger right? I know it gets easier because thought of chicken starts to gross me out eventually and then I stop when I have had enough but right now I am hungry hungry hungry!

Hopefully that's the case and I will be back to being able to tell what hungry is next week.

Hellooooo Everyone!! I am prepped for the next 3 days to embark on another QWL journey. What is on my menu, you ask?

Chicken, of course! Spicy Chicken, Chipotle style. So much chipotle that I will be unable to detect chicken! lol

I can not tell when Im really hungry either, most of the time I just want to eat. The only time Ive ever been able to control myself is on strict QWL. When I take away the tasty or fun items, I only eat what I have to. Even on veggies, I will overeat. Even on just meat, I will overeat. I think 11 chicken legs was my max . But chicken breast..nope. Im willing to bet if I went straight tuna, there would be limits too.

Sorry to only jump in around the weekends! I know its a big part of my problem not being able to check in daily.

Wishing you all an on plan day!!! May the wooshes follow!

My daughter will still ask for a bowl of plain ground turkey/beef every now and then. I must have got to her good when she was young. poor thing.
