There are some great tutorials on You Tube if you would like to pick up knitting again. You'll slip back into it again easily. Or if you would like to learn crochet, You Tube has that too. You Tube has EVERYTHING!

I don't drive any more and BF is trying hard to be supportive so no fast food for me. I live in a small town, it is actually classified as a city now, and we have a few ff places and other sit down restaurants. Other than that it's a ten minute ride to a bigger city.
Excellent on the no FF. I have to admit, that the longer I am doing this WOE, the less likely it is that I'll stop at one of those places. The desire diminishes greatly as tie goes on.

So I think I will be ok. Oddly not getting the induction flu like symptoms just feel tired, but I usually do feel tired.
I forgot about those symptoms! Maybe that's why I have been so emotional lately. Just feeling worn down, maybe.

Stats: 318+/304.6/175 (to start) Size 28+/26/16?
WOE: Atkins - Induction
Start Date: Came back to LCF March 29, 2016
I tried YouTube, was the first place I went since I don't know anyone that does either. I could cast on but that was pretty much it. Maybe when I get my knitting stuff unpacked I will try again.

Lol funny thing not long after I posted that bf wasn't doing the fast food thing he decided he wanted a burger and went to A& W for one, drive thru and brought it home. Burgerx2 and onion rings and rootbeer. But it didn't bother me, I sat and eat my eggs and bacon lol than had some sf lime jello with heavy cream.

I will not cave this time around. I see a goal and will reach it!
Might be a touch of the induction flu. Hopefully not real flu/cold.

Now that I have my scale I can watch my weight carefully, wonder if I can loose 30 pounds in 65 days?

My mom was notorious for doing that to me! But she never knew I was dieting. By some instinct she would bring home icecream, chips, make some kind of baking good like strudel, or lemon bars or something like that when I started a diet. I never could understand why that always happened.

Hope you're not getting sick. And no, you will not cave this time because we have a wonderful support board here where we can come and try to encourage and cheer each other on.

We are going to try our best, right?! We'll just keep plugging away and see where we end up by March 20th.

If you do a google search for "weight loss percentage calculator" you will find what you need. I would tell you the one I use, but I don't think the moderators will allow me advocating another website, but if you type those words in, the very first one that pops up is the one that I use. Basically the mathematical formula is this:

You want to lose down to 175, right?

Take 304.6-175=129.6 pounds to lose

Then take 129.6/current weight 304.6 = 0.42547603

Move the decimal point over two places to the right and you've got 42.5% to lose.

Again, take how much you've lost divided by your highest weight or previous weight and it will give you your percentage.

My weight loss from Monday till now is 10.2 pounds.

10.2/344.6=2.96%

Sorry for over explaining things. I do that.

Wow your up with tweetie Dusk!
Holy smokes grats on the 10 pounds lost, that's amazing!
I think I found the calculator, at least I found one lol

I am down to 302.4 pounds today! And I did have it calculated but forgot what it was.
I am aiming for 30 pounds gone by spring, if it doesn't go I will not fall apart but just keep on keeping on!

Went to the gym this morning. Only 16 min on recumbent bike, but at least it was something.

Yea for going I know it's been difficult for you lately. I think that's why I will like Curves, some extra accountability, I have to do certain machines in a timely manor, 30 seconds. Doesn't seem like much but I felt it and what matters is getting this body moving.
