What's the best way to reheat LindaSue's deep dish pizza in the oven?

What would you try?

What temp?
How long?
Covered or uncovered?

I hate reheating in the microwave. Any ideas about this?

I sometimes reheat my pizza on a piece of foil placed on the rack of my toaster oven. I set the temperature around 300 and check it after about 5 minutes unless I smell it burning before that, LOL. If you're using a regular size oven, I think I'd go with 350 degrees. I always set the temperature lower for the toaster oven because the food is so much closer to the heating elements.

You won't get a crispy bottom crust no matter how you reheat low carb pizza but it will probably be a little nicer than microwaved if you do it in the oven.

I would try a iron skillet on top of the stove. Set at a low temp and watch it.

I do mine in the toaster oven also but heat it on broil instead of bake and just watch it. I usually put the shelf clear on the bottom of the oven rather than in the middle. I've also baked it at about 325-350.
