Saturday my totals were 40 minutes on recumbent bike and 4 minutes on the elliptical. My tendons are stretching nicely. I feel like I have to go slow with the elliptical - it's much harder than I remember or I'm much weaker. I'm sweating even at just 4 minutes!

Recommitted to health and weight loss on Jan 1, 2017.

BMI dropped below 30 on July 21, 2017. (Yea!)
Ancient History, 2002-3: Went from 263 to 184 on Atkins in 18 months.
