Banana Bread Recipes?

I miss the stuff, but bananas are killer. Any favorite recipes would be most welcome!

While reading the FFM sticky thread, I saw reference to using Lean Dessert Banana Bread protein as a flavoring for baking, but I'd rather not commit to a $20 container of that. It occurred to me that using SF banana flavored pudding mix might be a good way to get a lot of flavor in a LC quick nut bread...has anyone tried that, or any other flavor of SF Pudding as a quick nut bread flavor??? For about 8 carbs, it would provide a lot of flavor, and sweetener as well.

I have used the Sf banana Davincis or banana extract for banana flavor.

There is a long thread about flaxseed meal bread. Let me find it

All Day I Dream About Food Has a Caramel Frosted Banana bread made with chia seeds. I haven't made it yet, but it's on my list. She is a wonderful cook and I have had great luck with her recipes.

I love Quest Banana Pudding Protein powder. You can get samples at GNC before you buy a big container. All their flavors are awesome for baking. Its been a while that I've made banana bread but Ive subbed avocados for bananas and added Lor Ann Banana flavoring to the avocados.

Here's a recipe that I tweaked. Sorry I didn't write down the tweaks I made. I'll try it again in a few days and make sure to write down the changes I made. I didn't use coconut flour. I only used almond four and the banana protein powder

Wow, the photo of your banana bread is awesome! Followed by the vanilla cupcakes, I'm on the verge of a binge!

I've never baked much with protein powders, other than adding vanilla flavor protein powder to my yeast bread recipe, but they sound like a good option. I see Amazon has sampler packs of several flavors of the Quest brand...thanks for the tip. Have you tried the peanut butter flavor???
