Super Yummy Delicious Low Carb Manicotti

This is super tasty, only 3-4 carbs each!!!

Just a few all natural basic ingredients

Start with 2 scrambled eggs

Add 8oz Ricotta and 8oz Fresh Mozzarella

Add a little Garlic Salt and Italian Seasoning

Line pan with your favorite tomato / pasta sauce

Put 1/4 mixture into your pre-made crepes

Roll em up

Place in pan

Top with sauce and a little more fresh mozzarella

Bake 25 minutes at 375

ENJOY, this is practically a free food at only 3-4 carbs each (about 400 calories)

@MarshaMarshaMarsha..........4eggs, 1/2 cup Ricotta, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 Tbsb Butter, about 1-2 carbs per

There are TONS of low carb crepe recipes out there with flour, coconut flour, almond flour, etc. I've made a few of them
and can honestly say you'll never miss the flour, these taste exactly the same only with far less carbs

Gettin ready to make some Enchiladas out of these bad boys now

Hi Happy, the crepes couldn't possibly be easier! Just need 4 eggs, 1/2 cup Ricotta, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 Tablespoon butter. No odd flavor at all, also great for dessert!!!

I'm definitely going to be doing this but first I'm going to try the recipe using slices of deli chicken lunch meat as noodles to hold the filling. I think I will prefer the crepe noodles but to save time I'll try the chicken first.
