Post # 7 all of his bread threads----- These are great . I will put up my pics if I can find them. I can not eat anything with wheat in it so I had to give up these recipes. I put Kevins whole bread thread up check them out. I also used for real sugar because the yeast uses it eat so it can rise. I use 3 teaspoons of sugar.



Almond butter bread , I still use this one. I make my own almond butter.

Soul bread ---- This one I had a harder time with because I'm allergic to so many things. There is a blogger who made this into hamburger buns and I could do that one with my subs . Everybody loves soul bread.

This one is not a bread but you can make so many things with Fathead Cheese Dough.

Post 17 has many of the recipes for this dough. From Danish to pizza. You will love this dough.

Here is a lot for you to read. If you have any questions we will help. There are many bread recipes on here . I gave you a few. We all have different tastes. Hope this helps.
Thank you Rosethorns! I have spent a lot of time reading the threads you sent me and they all sound awesome. I am afraid I am a little overwhelmed with the recipes written by Kevin. I found that there is a thread that talks about his recipes, and how the ingredients of some of the products he lists have changed their compositions which means the measurements have changed. Then I found that someone had experimented with the newer products but at that point it all sounded soooooo confusing. Does any one have updated recipes originally posted by Kevinpa that has the correct measurements for todays products. I think I read the protein isolates are what changed.
