flour substitute?

I have a recipe calling for 2 Tablespoons flour to make a roux, is there any of the flours or lo carb baking mix that would work in it's place. I have carbolose but I think i've tried that and it was a fail. I also have almond meal flour, garbonzo bean flour, soy protein poder, groud flax meal and coconut flour.
