179 on Monday and thanks to getting back to induction to get things back under control back down to 175 on Friday. Carb Creep has been getting a foothold and my training miles have been picking up making me crazy hungry all of the time. It's nice to have it under control again.

Have a good weekend and have fun in Hawaii (jealous).

Back after a couple of years off the low carb wagon. Here to lose regain of 55lbs (and maybe a little more) after my original 90lb loss. I lost my way, but I hope I'm back on the road now.

117 even.weighed less the last few days. I have eaten cleanly and lower carb. I feel thinner. I am running less so may need to reduce calories if I want to lose weight but if I eat the way I am and maintain that is fine. I really don't see the need to lose but to give me a buffer with the holiday.



Hard to maintain with holiday temptations at work. I will be surrounded but cookies and candy and junk galore. I bring my food to work. I will see if I can stay away but if I can't I will just have to get right back on track again and not allow myself to get over that 118 for more then a short period.

I'm breaking the Golden Rule and not weighing in today. I have been watching cals and keeping near-induction carbs, but this water is ballooning me up an extra one or two bra sizes...that can't be good. Hence I'm wussing; I'll weigh in a few days.

All right, the water's been coming off and tomorrow morning's my belated weigh-in. If I don't have a good five pounds between my current and top-range weights, I'm right there with you, junkfoodmonkey.

With Christmas, then New Year's, then everyone in my immediate family's birthdays coming up by the beginning of February, I know that even on-plan indulgences could easily push my limits.

145 when I weighed in yesterday morning. Tied with my lowest weight right down to the 10th of a pound.

I'm still hopeful that I can get a little lower by Christmas Eve.

Have to say this is my most exciting pound ever, except for the one that took me into Onederland. They're so much harder to come by.

I've dropped the top of my range to 145 ... no turning back now. Bring on the holidays!

Edited to add: whoa, on updating my user info I see that was my NINETIETH POUND. Dayam. Somehow that sounds like so much more than 84 (to my goal at 150.) Gonna sit here and be stunned for a while.

90 pounds is totally amazing!!!

I weighed 119.2 this am. Up a few pounds. I was eating well until around Monday. Not so great since. Once I go off plan I have trouble. I need to get back on plan. I haven't eaten terribly but did have some things I shouldn't. I am off all my running for a bit due to back pain and sciatica so really need to cut way back on eating.

Thanks, everyone. I'm happy, more than for any other reason, that this significant milestone snuck up on me -- it would have been a long awaited goal before. Perhaps (knock on wood) I am thinking like a "lifer"?

Peanutte, you are amazing! If I weren't so sure you have a good head on your shoulders, I'd be wondering if you're dipping too low!

Debbie, I hope the sciatica abates. That's a nuisance at best.

Still around 107. Those two pounds I gained Thanksgiving are hanging around. I'm hoping the fact I have a doctor's appointment on Jan. 3rd for a checkup will keep me in line during the holidays. I hate going to the doctor and find I have gained weight.

I am being very bad with my eating and not running so the scale will probably be up tomorrow. I have to get back on track after all the holiday stuff is over. I really miss running and I am sure my waist line does too. I dread the scale tomorrow but I must face the reality so I can deal with it.
