Staying right here at 125 for several weeks now. Wonder why I am so consistent at being exactly the same with in a pound.

153 again this week (well a hair over it.) I've been lower during the week, but only the Sunday weigh in counts as official.

Back after a couple of years off the low carb wagon. Here to lose regain of 55lbs (and maybe a little more) after my original 90lb loss. I lost my way, but I hope I'm back on the road now.

Yup! Down 1.8 pounds ... almost exactly half of my TOM gain!

gained 4 pounds. think it is fluid though. ate salty stuff last two days. Was super thirsty last night so I will drink a lot of water today and see what tomorrow brings.

I am also on a pure protein day. Need to get the carbs in control. Protein today and lower carb here after.Not super low because I won't count carbs but lower and the junk removed. I need to prepare for the holidays and don't want to eat the junk at work. I don't want holiday weight gain.

Sometimes detoxing myself really works. Once I am in a mind set to do better I will.

I do not believe carbs are bad. I think which carbs I chose are important plus I junk food like pretzels are bad.

Ugh, just a hair under 155, the top of my range. I've had a poor week diet wise. I've been cheating. Not going nuts, but just having a little something (usually chocolate) here and there several days out of the week. I just don't feel fully in control. I'm at a low ebb physically, have hurt my back, bad enough to go to the doctor's. And even the painkillers from him aren't helping much. Maybe I've been talking myself into eating chocolate as a comfort to make up for the pain I'm in. Crazy I know.

I'm attemping to eat clean and simple this coming week. I might try the Lindt dark chocolate instead if I'm still having chocolate cravings. It might help. And the fake chocolate with sugar alcohols isn't cutting it. Not to mention has unfortunate side effects.

I weighed Friday and saw a 4 pound increase. Did a pure protein day and a lower carb day yesterday and back to 117. Not sure if I was just retaining fluid or what. I am eating lower carb through Tuesday. Then I am traveling and will make the best choices I can since I won't control what is served for Turkey Day or where we stop along the road. I have to focus on good choices and healthy eating and not worry so much about the low carb thing but the low carb is a great way for me to jump start my weight loss and get me on track. I only would allow myself to lose 2-3 more pounds and I am fine where I am. I just don't want to gain. Maintaining is so hard. It is an all or nothing thing with me. I diet well or eat horribly.

I will be away next Friday so I will weigh on Sunday once I am home and see what happens with my traveling and holiday eating.

I don't know if I will be able to use my scale much more until I get a new battery; it's been flashing BATT! BATT! at me all week and not wanting to give me a reading. This morning I was 119.4, so I'll put that out there as my weekly weigh-in since today is a holiday and thus functioning like a Friday for me.

at a hotel in Albany, NY. No scale.Ate lousy yesterday because all I could have eaten all day was dry turkey and a salad at my brother and sister in laws.

I will get back on track when I get home. I am doing the best I can.Yesterday was my birthday and we never go to dessert because elderly Mother in law had trouble breathing and we went to the ER. Ended up eating popcorn and a Nutrigrain bar from hotel pantry area at 10pm. No other options. Better then candy bars and chips I guess but the popcorn was not fat free and very salty. I find traveling hard. I am eating where everyone wants to go and just try not to over do too much.

I took this past Fridayoff and did not weigh in. I will wait until next Friday.
I have been eating for Thanksgiving.

Debbi, maybe you should consider bringing your kind of snacks with you the next time you travel. I have a cooler in my trunk and travel alone for the most part, so I have nuts, or fruit with me.

I thought I could eat healthy in restaurants and would have options at Thanksgiving dinner. In the end I ate poorly but tried not to over eat. I came back up two pounds and I am down one of the two now so I will be fine.

The thing is I am not running due to my back and I just don't feel as good. I am going to try and run tonight. I have the chiropractor today and I will see what he does and how much pain I have later because he does stir things up.

I am back on track with my eating. I am off junk food and eating healthy choices but no real diet. I will eat most foods but try to watch amounts and make the best choices I can. No sweets, crackers etc.

While I was away it was my birthday and I did have cake because they bought it for me and wanted to make a big deal about my birthday. Only dessert I had. I also had french toast the day we came home but never had lunch and really didn't have much for dinner either. I think I had Jerky and peanuts the rest of the day in the car. I try to find balance and don't want to remove food groups completely.

For me it is about balance and maintaining. I need to be able to eat out or in a pinch make do with what is offered to me. I will see how it works. I will keep weighing and use my weight has my guide.

My weight is still right below my 118 goal weight at 117. the question always is should this be my goal weight? My doctors are always happy with my weight and I feel pretty good most of the time. Not exercising I feel a bit off but that will hopefully change soon. If I can't run I will walk but the last week has been crazy with travel and then two long shifts at work in the ER.
