Nasty cold and OTC medicine

Hi everyone. I have a nasty cold. What medicine OTC is keto friendly that I can take to take the runny nose, cough and sinus pain away.
thank you!

NyQuil caps and get pseudoephedrine (drowsy or non drowsy) that you have to buy from the pharmacist. You will have to show ID and they will write down your drivers license (darn meth heads ), but it's worth it. That combo will clear you up and help you sleep.
Think of the consequences if you do nothing

Sorry you are sick. I think aspirin and hot broth are good.

Black elderberry, old Indian cough syrup and saline sprays over here. I don't react well to OTC medications

Glad you're feeling better, Jodi! I was sick a couple of weeks ago myself (a few days before you) and ended up taking Nyquil and cough drops - both FULL of sugar!!! I don't typically get sick or take medication when I am (I prefer it to run its course) but this one was a doozy! I wish I had come here first for remedies; it cost me some set-back that I'm now fighting to make up...
