Slow WOE?

I've read in a lot of these threads that JUDDD is a "slow" diet, but many of the loses people have experienced are 1-2 lbs a week consistently which does not seem slow to me at all, especially considering how long it took many of us to gain the weight, and time spent at that weight. I was just wondering what makes people say JUDDD is slower, and why it would be slower than other diets?

And also, if you guys care to share your personal experiences.

I apologize if this has been answered already.
