3 weeks with no cheats challenge

Between my birthday and then thanksgiving I have been off plan more than on for the last 2 weeks!

I am going to challenge myself (and anyone who wants to join) to stay on plan for 3 straight weeks. I haven't done that in about a year. I heard that it takes 21 days to form a habit do this 3 week challenge should help kickstart weight loss and keep me on plan after even if I have a day off.

I will post my weight tomorrow morning and see how much I gained after 2 BIG thanksgiving dinners and lots of bad meals!
