For someone who is taking thyroid Rx, your TSH seems a little high. Most doctors aim for 1.0, and I know (from experience) that Cytomel tends to lower that even more.

Your T4 is low, but so is mine, and my endo isn't concerned since I take Cytomel and apparently since I'm not converting T4 to T3 well, the T4 being low isn't an issue. At least that's my situation.

You'd have to ask your doctor about your numbers because, as I've learned from my own thyroid dysfunctions, the 'numbers' are specific to each individual and his/her thyroid issues.
