I'm the same, Rosebud--I KNOW I couldn't do this if I went back to carbs. Sugar and grains take a sledgehammer to my hunger switch, immediately. On UDs I have added in a serving of starchy veg (winter squash or peas) and one of fruit, bringing me up to around 60 total.

That said, with enough low-carb cheesecake I've had no problem eating up to my calories, at least on my last UD. If I stay away from the treats, though, it can be tricky.
