To address your question, I would say to google it. Find out what all the ingredients listed on the box really are. Are they fructose? Are they hidden carbs? Then ask yourself, does this matter to me? No one can tell you what to eat. That decision is yours alone. If you like it and, as you put it, it satisfies your craving for sweets, then maybe you don't need to change a thing. Personally, if it keeps you from falling into the sugar bowl, then it's likely worth it.
