I kind of made up my own version - I used to make this a lot prior to LC eating using traditional pasta. As I recall, I adapted this from a version by Tyler Florence.

One Spaghetti Squash
6-8 strips of thick bacon
3 eggs
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan Cheese
4 cloves of garlic
Black Pepper

First - cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds and spooge
Next - place in a pyrex dish with about 1/4 cup of water and microwave on high for 10 - 12 minutes.
While waiting, chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a large fry pan.
Once crispy, take the bacon out of the fat and place on a paper towel
Next - whisk the eggs, cream and cheese together and add minced garlic.
After the squash cools enough to handle, use a fork to scrape out the strands.
Pour some of the bacon fat over the squash and stir.
Pour the liquid over the squash, add in the bacon and mix well.
Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until set.
Finally, put under the broiler for a few minutes to get that brown look on top

According to my calculator - each serving will have about 10 net carbs.
