Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
Been awake since 3am-
Coffee= 40

Bedtime snack:
3oz lettuce= 12
3oz cucumber= 12
3oz celery= 12
1oz pickle= 4
1/2 a hard boiled egg= 36
Vinegar w/ sea salt= 0
Total= 88 calories + 40= 128 (maybe an 80 calorie yogurt if needed).
