hi dee.. i am 4 days into JUDDD and i am so happy i didnt stick with the atkins woe.. it works for sum,, just not for me, i do follow a LC food choice even though i just started on JUDDD. i would try this,,, i have dropped 3.8 pounds in 4 days,, so i say give it a whirl,, its very simple compaid to other plans ive tryed,,, i think i may have found my weight loss miracle.. good luck girl
