I am all about celery on DD. Since I started low calorie/LC in Feb and then switched to JUDDD in March I buy about 2 pounds of celery per week. Probably more in the beginning and maybe a little less now. I should buy stock in it

Keep the celery sticks soaking in a bowl or tub of ice water. They stay fresh for amost a week- no wilting and then you don't even have to chop it each DD. Just grab an go.
