I used to take whatever was offered, wrap it up in a paper towel (or ziploc baggie), put it where I couldn't see it, and keep it for my UD. It made me feel like I was participating and having what everyone else was having, I just had to eat it the next day. You can do this! Stay strong! It is only one day. You are probably on the verge of dropping some weight, so keep on your rotations!
