Has anyone used Green Banana Flour? It's a resistant starch so it does have a carb count, but no fiber count as its a starch. But being a resistant starch its very low glycemic because its broken down in the large intestine as food for probiotics, but is supposed to be a good sub for wheat flour. I wanted to search the threads but I can't do it on my phone. I've used it for several days now as a prebiotic and I've lost 1.2 lbs so it's not effecting my ketosis. Yay!
