WOE: exercise and finger crossing
Start Date: March 1, 2004 w/dietitian,doctor
Monday's foods

B: leftover brussel sprouts, onions, mushrooms, 1/2 cup egg subs. grated Colby on top. black coffee

L: rye bread, one large slice cut in half, liverwurst sandwich. black olives, and some artichoke hearts in a bowl. black coffee

Snack: Jell-O s/f cup, 60 cal. and some black coffee

D: turkey cutlets, some gravy and large spinach, kale, arugula salad, and black coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and light laughing cow cheese later on
black coffee
