Thanks Cindy. I'll probably make some later this week.

Today I made some LC chocolate mini muffins with avocado (flourless) and they turned out good. But next time I'll use a little more chocolate and sweetener. I'll probably freeze a bunch tomorrow.

Then I'll move into the fatbombs.

Since Sunday I've only had bacon and eggs, lots of crab with butter (son in law gets his limit out in the canal) and cucumber and tomato from friend's garden. I feel so well fed!

Sounds like low carb is going good for you right now. That's great!
