omg, they did it to me now too, lol!

Now does this answer have ANYTHING to do with the question I asked as far as anyone can tell?

Thank you for your inquiry.
For healthy children, Dr. Atkins recommends a good multivitamin/mineral plus omega-3's (flaxseed or fish oil). The most pleasant way to take omega-3's is in a capsule, although it also comes in liquid form. Please take note that the pediatric dose (for children under 12) is one quarter of the adult dose. So if the recommended dosage is three capsules per day, give only one. Of course, in the case of a pediatric formula, follow the instructions on the bottle. Specific health problems that could benefit from other supplements require individual assessment.

Subject: Consumer Other: Apple Cider Vinegar Tablets & Atkins....

Are apple cider vinegar tablets okay to take while following the Atkins Plan? Will they interfere with Ketosis in any way? Do you recommend this supplement? Thanks,
- Alisa
