DD for me.

Breakfast - stewed rhubarb with apple puree and freeze dried apple (100cals)
Lunch - Tomato & Red Pepper soup (100cals)
Snack - Fresh strawberries with mint (60cals)
Dinner - Asparagus, Broccoli, Spinach and celery stir fried in a bit of broth, grilled little gem lettuce (70cals)

330cals so got room for another 170 if i need it, but dont think I will.
