Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
MD today so i can change my rotation to have a UD tomorrow for st pattys day

B- OMM, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/4 cup cooked steel cut oats 205
L- going to a movie and then lunch with my honey, small salad, gonna try for under 300 for the salad
D- will be what i had planned for lunch since i didnt go to work
peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with 2T peanut flour and 2T polaner strawberry preserves and 2 slices 40 calorie bread, organic half and half mix salad and 1T light italian dressing 190 cals
I have some yogurt/cottage cheese mixture for a snack and an apple if i need it 177 for snacks
Total for the day should be around 850.
Im gonna have green eggs and ham and green beer tomorrow!!!
